Hello, I am Gurpal Kaur, a Counselling Psychologist with a Master's degree from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, where I graduated with a 9.39 CGPA. My journey into psychology has been fueled by a deep fascination with human behavior, inspiring me to pursue a career dedicated to understanding and supporting individuals in their mental health journeys.

With 6 years of practical experience and 1500 hours of counselling experience, I have had the privilege of working with clients from diverse international backgrounds. My practice spans multiple online platforms, allowing me to provide therapeutic support to a wide range of clients.
