'Simple ideas , big impact.' I always feel more confident after our sessions. I am able to work with same enthusiasm again only by tweeking my thoughts a bit, and just changing my perspective. Thank you Rishabh, I feel it's a blessing that you were there at the right time for me.

I really appreciated Counsellor’s understanding of my husband’s discomfort in replying to couple of queries and shifted the course of our first session.Looking forward that Mr Rishabh can be a bridge in sorting out the misunderstanding between me and my husband.

Extremely insightful and reflective. Thank you so much Rishabh for helping me in discovering myself. My biggest challenges are you turning out to be easy and doable. The learning outcomes for both the sessions has been life transforming for me.

About Rishabh

"I give credence to evolving, adapting, experimenting, and educating myself to the ever-changing needs of life."

I hold a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology and have accumulated over 3,000 hours of counselling experience in various areas, including parent-child counselling, marriage and relationship counselling, and individual counselling. My goal is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those I work with.

Driven by a passion for understanding human behaviour and emotions, I made a significant mid-career switch from the FMCG and Ed-Tech industries to the field of mental health. Leaving behind a high-paying job, I sought a more fulfilling work-life balance through a career that aligns with my values and passion.

As a parent, I deeply understand the complexities that can arise between couples, especially those related to heavy conversations about children, responsibilities, career breaks, and family dynamics.

Through my experiences in reading, discussing, and writing, I have come to appreciate the importance of challenging our habitual ways of thinking, acting, and making everyday decisions. This insight has given me an edge in cognitive restructuring, helping clients break personal biases and gradually develop a healthier mindset.

In my practice, I use a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to help clients increase their self-awareness and inner resourcefulness. This approach fosters emotional resilience, behavioural change, wisdom, and a balanced life worth cherishing.
